Frequently asked questions about Vigifraude services

Is Vigifraude an investigative agency?

No. Vigifraude is a Pacta Cyber Lab activity providing IT advice, tools and prevention content. Alain Stevens formerly worked in investigation but no longer provides private detective services.

The site does not offer regulated investigations into identified individuals.

Can an automated tool prove who committed a scam?

No. An alert can show an inconsistency or help preserve a record, but technical indicators do not automatically establish attribution.

Meaningful findings require careful context and, where appropriate, legally authorised professional procedures.

What should I do after losing money?

Contact your bank or payment service immediately, protect affected accounts and preserve the original messages and receipts.

Use official reporting and support channels. Vigifraude cannot guarantee repayment or act as an emergency service.
